This captivating acrylic painting is an artistic tribute to an ambitious Tabby project intended for the rooftop bar at the Hilton in Charleston, S.C.
 
The painting is uniquely rendered on the blueprints of the project, symbolizing the dreams and plans that never came to fruition due to the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic.
 
Instead of the envisioned bar, Giltner chose to capture a more tranquil scene: Drack, the Oysterman, skillfully throwing a cast net into the serene waters of the May River. . This artwork serves as a poignant reminder of resilience and adaptability, transforming the blueprints into a celebration of nature and the life that thrives within it, even in the face of adversity.
