WELCOME!
I’m delighted to have you here as I share my artistic journey with you. For the past two years, I have dedicated myself to exploring the captivating world of watercolors, focusing on the stunning coastlines that grace our planet. Through my brush, I strive to capture the beauty, tranquility, and ever-changing nature of these landscapes, inviting viewers to experience the serenity and magnificence of the shores I’ve encountered.

"This watercolor painting captures a charming church in Cusco, Peru, measuring 18 x 24 inches. The delicate interplay of colors brings the historic architecture to life, showcasing the intricate details of its façade against the backdrop of the city's vibrant skyline. However, as much as I admire the fluidity and spontaneity that watercolor allows, I struggle with letting loose. The medium calls for freedom and experimentation, yet I often find myself hesitating, wanting to maintain control over every brushstroke. This painting serves as both a beautiful representation of Cusco's rich heritage and a reminder of my ongoing journey to embrace the unpredictability that makes watercolors so enchanting."
In addition to my watercolors, I have recently returned to working with oil paints, which has allowed me to delve deeper into the complexities of our society. This new body of work seeks to illuminate the other side of our world—stories and perspectives that often go unnoticed. Through rich textures and bold colors, I aim to provoke thought and inspire dialogue about the intricate tapestry of human experience.

I am also excited to share that I am in the process of opening my own art gallery in the charming Old Town Bluffton! This endeavor has been a dream of mine, and I can’t wait to bring it to life in a space that embodies creativity and community. Once the gallery, aptly named “Gallery in the Alley,” opens, I will be showcasing my artwork on a monthly basis. Each month, visitors can expect a fresh collection that highlights my latest explorations, from the serene coastlines captured in watercolor to the thought-provoking narratives depicted in my oil paintings. I envision the gallery as not just a space to display art but also a gathering place for fellow art enthusiasts to connect, share ideas, and celebrate creativity together.
